Like many of us Albertans I originated in the wonderful province of Saskatchewan! I grew up on a farm, outside the very small community of Consul. Consul is located on the very southwest tip of the province along the Montana and Alberta border. Growing up in such a small community influenced and shaped me to become the person I am today: Community minded, outgoing and appreciative of the company fr all ages and walks of life.

After graduating from Consul, I then moved to Medicine Hat and worked for a yr so I could save some money and travel as I’d always dreamed of doing! Once I had enough money I moved to Edinburgh Scotland for 7 months...During this time I’d worked waitressing at a place called Prestonfield where they held the world famous Scottish dinner theater “A taste of Scotland” when I wasn’t working I was fortunate enough to travel throughout most of Europe making it to 17 different countries. This was the best experience I’ve ever had! I learned a lot and will always value these times and friends I’d made while I was there.

Once I’d returned back to Canada I worked for Cal Frac Well Services in Strathmore Ab. and although I enjoyed the job and Loved the ppl I’d worked with I ended up moving back to Medicine Hat. Things always happen for a reason however and I believe that I was meant to work here as I had met some of my closest friends today there... After moving back I’d worked at Sangsters Health food center and then I fell into real estate as an assistant to a realtor.. not knowing what it would entail or involve I didn’t have any expectations, but found myself loving it!! I loved that I wasn’t stuck in an office all day and that our job involved ppl! It was finally ok to talk as much as I’d wanted.. It was also great knowing that everyday will be made up of something different and you can help ppl make some of the biggest and most exciting decisions of their lives.

After working as an assistant for approximately a yr I decided to further myself in this industry and get my license to sell!! I then moved up to Calgary took the 3 month course . I came back to Medicine Hat and began selling real estate with Century 21 Brec.ca. 6 months into it I made the change back to my original company I had worked with, Club ‘100’ GMAC. Unlike many ppl in this world I can say I truly love my job.. it’s never been hard to go to work because when you enjoy what you do it doesn’t feel like a job!
